Is it true that Scotland is 10 degrees (Fahrenheit) during summer?

Hello @Maximinion! That's a hard one to answer as the temperature will vary depending on what part of the country you're in. Here's more information on what you can expect in Scotland: Hope this helps!

  • @Maximinion No. That works out as -12c centigrade and I don't think we've ever recorded temperatures as low as that in summer. Even in winter that's reasonably rare and you'd have to be in some fairly exposed areas to experience it. It can get down as low as 10 centigrade in summer and sometimes slightly lower than that but it's certainly not consistent. It's fair to assume that you'll get a broad range of weather systems moving in but if we get -12c (10F) we're probably in the midst of some kind of climate change disaster and no-one will be travelling anyway
