The fife coastal Path 3 days, Starting in Queensferry 1st stop is Kinghorn near Burntisland

Everything is welcome, but mainly we need ideas for the next 2 stops?
We are all healthy between 50-60 years old, and would like to have time to enjoy the journey (the walk and the views).
We normally walk between 18 (if up & down) and 25-32 km each day.
Please give all the advise you can
