    Hello @Nadbe!

It will depend on how much your group is happy to drive and what kinds of things you'd like to see in a few short days. From Cairnryan you could consider driving up to Glasgow (2.5 hours) for your first night. From there, Loch Lomond is only a 45 minute drive away, and Stirling Castle is roughly a 1 hour drive from Loch Lomond as well. Then you could make your way to Edinburgh for a night before circling back down to Cairnryan again (just under 3 hours).

These are all pretty popular locations/attractions etc, and I'm not sure if your group as been to Scotland before and whether these are the kinds of things you'd like to see. Or would rather get a bit more off the beaten track or see more of the Highlands and Islands?

Let us know what types of things you'd be interested in doing and we can offer up more bespoke suggestions!

Thanks for the quick response. We had been to Scotland before and stayed in Edinburgh.Did a Highlands bus tour, but it was hectic. This time want to explorer country side through some scenic coastal route. 4 - 6 hours of driving daily won t be an issue.
So Glasgow and Edinburgh can be skipped . Only thing is we may consider Edinburgh zoo, but then I realise that within such a short span it will be a very tight squeeze ,hence not on priority.

Maybe you'd like to consider visiting some of our islands like the Isle of Arran or Mull! There's also lots to see around Oban, Glencoe, Fort William etc if you'd like to explore around our west coast.

Agreed that it's not likely to be the best use of your time to go all the way to Edinburgh just for the zoo - so might be better to base your itinerary around the west and north instead!
