Airport loos: Free or coin-operated?

This is a bit of an oddball question, but I can't find the answer anywhere else, so here goes:  The last time I was in Scotland, about 15 years ago, I noticed a lot of public toilets were coin operated, usually 10 pence.  I am flying into Edinburgh in a few weeks, and I know the first thing I am going to want after deplaning is a bathroom, probably before I have a chance to get some local cash from the ATM.  Will I need some coins for the toilets at the airport, or are they free?
