Highland Train

We want to visit Glasgow in April 2017 and take the highland railway to Fort William. How early would we need to book tickets for the railways to be sure to travel at times to suit our plans?

Hi @bigshaps. There are three Scotrail trains per day from Glasgow Queen Street station to Fort William. The earlier you book the trains the better really, this will also give you access to cheaper fares. Therefore, I would recommend booking at least a month before you intend to travel.

    I hope this helps!  :)
