It's been a while since I was there, but from what I remember just back from the harbour near the visitor centre there are a couple of cafes and pubs too.

If seafood is your thing, you have to pop into the Tea Garden in Mallaig for a pint of prawns
Also, every time I've been in Mallaig harbour, I've spotted a cheeky seal so keep yours eyes open.

The next time I'm in that area I'd love to explore the Small Isles. We also visited the pool in Mallaig with my children on a rainy day. They loved it and also the fish and chips after lol.
