Gluten and Dairy Free Restaurants
We will be in Scotland in May and would like to know the top places to eat in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Oban, Fort William and Inverness for gluten and dairy free intolerances.

You will definitely find Edinburgh and Glasgow very easy for gluten and dairy free options. Many places will have a separate allergens menu that caters for this, and almost every where will have 2-3 options on the menu (clearly marked) that you can eat. I have found most places very willing to adapt dishes for me also - i.e omitting the cheese in a dish for me.
All of the big chains should have options for you but don't be afraid to try the smaller/independent places too - Scotland is quite onto it with these needs!

Please let me know if you have any tips about which supermarket companies to look for.
Thanks in advance, and greetings from France !

I would also definitely visit Wild Flours bakery in Glasgow, huge range of home made products all gluten free and delicious!
