Mallaig to Elgol

Can someone help me with public transport from Mallaig to Elgol. I am attending my son's small wedding taking place in Elgol in July. I'll be travelling solo from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I'll fly to Glasgow and plan on taking the train to Mallaig, staying there for the night. I believe I can take the ferry to Armadale where I understand is where the Clan Donald visitors center is. My ancestors are MacDonald's from Skye and I'd really like to visit the center, although I might have to make a second visit.  The bus schedule I found looks like a fairly lengthy wait in Broadford. My questions are
 1. What is the name of the bus company to take me to Elgol? Just want to double check.
 2. Is there something for me to do in Broadford for the approx. 3 hour wait? I'm easily amused.
 3. Does anyone know if it's a doable walk from where the bus stops in Elgol to Coruisk House? That's where the wedding takes place and we'll be there from July 10-14.

Thanks again Horizons, this site is so helpful!
My plan is to take the train from Glasgow to Mallaig on Sunday. I arrive in Glasgow at 8:30 AM. I hope I don't have to redo my plans as accommodation is not plentiful. My thought plan was that I might have time to visit the Clan Donald Center before my journey to Elgol. My accommodation at Coruisk House is from 10-14. The actual wedding is July 12th, it's a tiny wedding. Is there a place in Broadford to pick up a few munchies/snacks and wine/beer/liquor? And perhaps a place for lunch? That in itself would kill a bit of time I guess. It will all be a great experience nonetheless.

Great, yeah travelling on the 10th works great. Yeah there is a pretty decent pizza place, Cafe Sia. A good place to chill.

    OK sounds good.
Is there a store there for a few munchies and liquor?
