Curly Coo Bar – Billed as Stirling’s only Whisky bar, it started with a humble 6 bottles of Malt whisky in 2009 but boasts a collection of over 130 today. As well as whisky, Curly Coo offers a selection of Scottish craft beers, gin and vodka.
Nicky Tams Bar and Bothy – Opened in 1718, Nicky-Tams is one of the oldest pubs in Stirling. You can find a selection of beers and ales, with a few local names in there, as well as the odd malt whisky or two. A menu of home-made food is also available.
The Birds and Bees – This family run gastro pub is located in a converted farm steading, a short distance away from the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle. The menu uses locally sourced ingredients, and there’s an extensive wine list to choose from.
