Bowhill Country House & Estate

Bowhill is the perfect venue for taking our 1 and a half year old.  It has the cleanest soft play I've seen and not too big that she needs constant attention in there, the cafe serves up yummy food with an excellent picnic area - which also has giant draughts and dominoes for the kids to play with when bored of eating - the adventure playground is fun for all the family and a walk round the loch is the perfect length to ensure our toddler sleeps all the way home!  We most recently spent an afternoon in the sun with our friends and their kids visiting from Canada.  We all had a blast!  Great to have this on our doorstep in the Borders. :)

Great tip Karen. Thanks for sharing. I am just planning a day trip for my little one's 3rd birthday and Bowhill sounds perfect!
