Twice vaccinated Americans welcomed Summer 2021?!?!

Is the Scottish government seriously not distinguishing between those who are and those who aren't vaccinated? Must I postpone until 2022? Will we have an answer to this and such questions on May 17th?!?!

    Hi @ChrisNYUSA,
We can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful country however at the moment there are still restrictions in place regarding international travel.  Keep an eye on the Travel and Quarantine section of the Scottish Government website which provides up to date information and guidance.  And when travel is allowed again be sure that we will welcome you to Scotland with open arms! :)

International travelers and Quarantine are mentioned NOT AT ALL in Scottish Government's Plan for Levels 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 to 0. Will we be unwelcomed all along, regardless of vaccination status?
