Complaints about campsites

We've just had our holiday cut short by an aggressive, unreasonable and very rude campsite manager. We visited Roseview in Oban, we've been visiting here since 1993 on and off and always had a great time. This year my wife complained about some campers being noisy after 12:30AM, the site rules clearly state that noise should be kept at a minimum after 11 or you will be asked to leave. The manager (Fiona) called us troublemakers and that we had to get off the site within half an hour and she would give us a refund. When we left she only gave us £20 despite us being owed £95 for the remaining nights that we had left.

Is there anywhere to make a complaint about the treatment that we received?
