Property Management

Hello! I'm hoping this post is not annoying to you all; we're needing some insight. We live in Utah USA, and we are in the process of purchasing a flat in Dunfermline for us, and for our friends and family, to use when visiting Scotland. When we aren't using it, we're wanting to let it some through Airbnb. Do any of you know if there are restrictions on Airbnb in Dunfermline? And if it is allowed, do any of you know of, or recommend, a property management company that provides service for short-term letting through Airbnb? Thank you very much!

    Sorry, can't answer your questions.
I just wanted to say that I spoke to the Perth & Kinross Council Fire Chief recently and he told me that the fire department are permanently closing down properties, on AirBnB, if they don't meet the latest fire safety regulations.
They have closed many properties in Perth and the surrounding area.

Make sure that your property conforms to the rules & regulations before you put it on AirBnB.
    Best regards
