Cycling Invereray to Inverness

Hi ..
Once we get passed our present crisis I am looking at the possibility of doing a bike ride starting in Invereray heading over to Oban, and then picking up route 78 to Inverness. Possibly 6 people coming up in 3 cars.
Is there enough bed and breakfasts establishments rather than hotels in the town were we would be staying for 1 night at the start of the trip and then one night 5 days later at the end of our ride?
What is the situation regarding leaving 3 cars parked there for 5 days.
Also, can anyone recommend the best route to take that will keep us off the main roads for the best part of the journey?(Invereray to Oban)
Finally, we will be getting a transfer back from Inverness, any suggestions where we could be dropped off en route to Invereray for approximately a 20 mile or so scenic ride back into town?

Many Thanks
