Ben Nevis

My sisters and I are planning on climbing Ben Nevis in July. We are flying into Glasgow on a Friday and home on a Sunday.  What is the best way to get to Fort William?

There are 3 ways to get to Fort William from Glasgow. You can get a CityLink bus direct from the airport but there are only 2 or 3 a day so may not fit in with your flight arrival. You can check out their timetables at www.citylink.co.uk
There would also be the train option, which is slightly longer than the buses leaving the airport as you have to get a bus from the airport to the train station.
Your other option would be, if you drive, to hire a car that you can pick up from the airport and therefore would get you to Fort William a bit quicker than public transport.

For public transport you can check out Traveline Scotland  where you can add your start and end location,  date and time of travel and it will show your options and you can see what fits in better with your flight times.
