getting to Castle Sween

My wife and I are planning a trip to Ireland and Scotland in May 2020. My "way-back-when" ancestors were MacSuibhnes. I want to visit Castle Sween on Loch Sween, but there seems to be a problem--I can catch a bust to Lochgilphead and maybe even to Achnamara. But getting that last 3-4 miles is proving illusive.

I have found the  names of several taxi companies operating out of Lochgilphead but none in Achnamara and few if any accommodations in Achnamara. And no way, short of an international phone call, to contact the taxi companies in Lochgilphead.

And neither Ireland nor Scotland seem to have the equivalent of a Chamber of Commerce that one can contact to get information about things like taxi and car rental and accommodation.

So I am looking for any advice or tips or shared experiences regarding getting that last 4 miles to Castle Sween.
Any comments would be appreciated.
