STICKY: Open Beta Feedback
Hi there,
Today we will be moving into the Open Beta part of our Community development, opening the community to a wider group of users. iKnow Scotland Online has been in closed Beta during its initial development, but now we're looking for thoughts, suggestions, technical glitch reports and anything else you might want to tell us from our new and existing members.
Please post your comments in this thread, where our moderators will be able to see them easily. A few pointers:
- If you are reporting a problem, it helps us greatly if you let us know which browser you are using.
- Screenshots can also really help. You can drag and drop these into your comment to add them.
- If you have had problems logging in, please contact us using the live chat facility you can see on every page of the Community. You don't need to be logged in to use this.
- If you have suggestions about categories or types of content you think should be included in the Community, we'd love to hear them!
